Power Platform
without the mess

Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio built the way Microsoft meant them to be built. Low-code business apps, document workflows, and approval systems that survive the governance review and scale past the first department

Power Apps and Power Automate with a real Dataverse schema behind them
SharePoint and Dynamics 365 integrations that do not break on a tenant update
Copilot Studio assistants trained on your own SharePoint, Dataverse, and files
ALM, governance, and Center of Excellence setup from day one

Low-code is fast. Ungoverned low-code is a tax.

A canvas app built in a weekend becomes a mission-critical system by month three. Power Automate flows multiply faster than anyone can review them. Dataverse tables drift. SharePoint lists hit their limits. We have walked into the same room on every Power Platform cleanup.

A canvas app that one person built becomes the system of record — and that person goes on vacation.
Power Automate flows grow into a spaghetti diagram nobody can debug at 2 AM.
Citizen developers ship faster than IT can govern, and the CoE gets blamed for both sides.
Dataverse tables get added per app, so the schema becomes a thousand snowflakes.
SharePoint lists quietly pass the 5,000-item view threshold and start throttling.
A Power Apps custom connector is the only path to a system, and the API key expires silently.
A "simple" approval flow rejects the wrong document and nobody notices for a week.
Copilot Studio answers confidently wrong because the knowledge source was never curated.

Power Platform is the fastest way to build a business app and the fastest way to create a legacy system. The difference is whether someone designs the foundation, the data model, the connector layer, and the governance — before the citizen developers fan out. We build it so the platform compounds in value instead of compounding in tech debt.

Three reasons teams hire us for Power Platform.

Not just because we know the license tiers. Because we know what survives a Center of Excellence review.

01

Apps, flows, and pages.

Model-driven and canvas Power Apps for the line of business. Power Automate flows for approvals, document routing, and notifications. Power Pages for the external portal your partners and customers actually log into.

"They have ensured the timely and impeccable execution of all assigned tasks."

02

Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics.

We design the Dataverse schema, wire SharePoint document libraries, and integrate Dynamics 365 so the apps sit on a real foundation. Power BI dashboards, custom connectors, and Azure Functions for the pro-code pieces Microsoft left out.

"The project and team were well managed, and the quality of work exceeded expectations."

03

Copilot Studio, trained on your data.

AI assistants grounded in your SharePoint sites, Dataverse tables, and uploaded documents. Guardrails, citations, and handoff to a human when the question matters. Built with AI Builder when the model has to live inside the tenant.

"The PM was on our side for most of the time, but they delivered everything on time, and everyone on their team was responsive."

— Mateusz Piwnicki, CEO, Software Agency

How we build with Power Platform.

A repeatable path from a one-department app to a governed platform your IT team trusts.

01Tenant & CoE Audit
02Data Model & Connectors
03Build in Solution Layers
04Govern, Train, Hand Off

We start by reading the tenant, the existing apps, and the data sources. Then we design the Dataverse schema, the solution structure, and the ALM pipeline. We build in managed solutions, ship through pipelines, and leave IT with a Center of Excellence that does not need a hero to run. Depending on the engagement, we bring in digital transformation for the program-level roadmap, AI automation for the Copilot Studio and AI Builder layer, web app development for the pro-code extensions and custom connectors, and dedicated teams when the engagement needs long-term capacity inside your tenant.

"We are happy with the output and are currently using the screens and the prototype to seek investment."

— Aaron Braich, Co-Founder, Toggled

When Power Platform might not be the right fit:

  • You need a high-fidelity consumer app with platform-specific motion and gestures.
For consumer mobile or app-store-grade UX, we reach for React Native or Flutter instead.
  • Your environment is not Microsoft 365 and you have no Dynamics or SharePoint footprint.
Power Platform shines when it sits inside a Microsoft tenant. For other stacks, our web app development or backend work is the better fit.
  • You need real-time streaming at the scale of an industrial IoT pipeline.
Power Automate and Dataverse are not built for millions of events per second. For that, we go to event-driven architectures and dedicated streaming platforms.

Problems we solve the Microsoft way.

Real products where the same workflow problems — document automation, approval gates, internal operations — were built outside the Microsoft stack first. The Power Platform version ships on the same foundation, inside the Microsoft tenant.

Logistics & Transport

Yard and warehouse management with barcode-driven validation.

The yard system runs 248 vehicles, dispatchers, and timeslot scheduling with barcode checkpoints and automated validation. The same dispatcher interface, the same barcode-driven data capture, and the same exception handling belong on a Power Apps + Power Automate stack with a Dataverse backend and a SharePoint document trail.

Rail / Logistics

Rail terminal compliance with automated document workflows.

A rail terminal manages crew certifications, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance across SharePoint libraries with Power Automate approval gates. The same pattern — document upload, automated validation, manager review, compliance archive — is the canonical Power Platform workflow for any regulated industry.

Why build Power Platform with us?

We design the foundation first.

Dataverse schema, solution layering, environment strategy, ALM pipelines. The platform grows from a real architecture, not a weekend canvas app and a prayer.

We speak IT and business.

Governance review, DLP policies, Managed Environments — we hand IT a Center of Excellence they actually want. We hand the business users apps they can extend without breaking the contract.

Pro-code when low-code stops.

Azure Functions, custom connectors, TypeScript and .NET pro-code extensions, AL for Business Central. We build the parts of the system Power Platform was never meant to handle alone.

Quick answers.

Do we need premium Power Platform licenses?

Sometimes. We audit the requirements, scope the license cost into the proposal, and only recommend premium when Dataverse, managed environments, or AI Builder credits make it pay off.

Can you take over a sprawl of unmanaged apps?

Yes. We inventory the apps, classify them by business value, retire what does not matter, wrap the survivors in managed solutions, and ship a plan IT can actually execute.

How do you handle Copilot Studio without the AI going off-script?

We ground the assistant in curated SharePoint sites and Dataverse tables, add topic guardrails, require citations for high-stakes answers, and route to a human when the confidence drops.

Can you integrate with systems outside the Microsoft stack?

Yes — custom connectors, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management handle the bridge. We have wired Power Platform into Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Stripe, and a long list of internal APIs.
