Every logistics platform we build is a stack, not a single app. The web platform is the dispatcher's cockpit — that's web apps. The driver app is iOS and Android — mobile apps. The event pipeline, the WMS bridge, and the multi-tenant data model live on the server side — web-app engineering. Route optimization and ETA prediction run on AI & automation. And if we're replacing a 10-year-old legacy system, we run it as a digital transformation — phased cutover, zero data loss, dispatchers keep working through the switch.

When we're not the right team for the job:

  • You need a Class I railroad signaling or PTC system.
    Safety-critical wayside control is a regulated hardware domain. We build the software around it — not the certified trackside logic itself.
  • You need us to replace your existing WMS, ERP, or accounting system.
    We integrate with them. We don't reimplement SAP or Manhattan from scratch. We'd rather build the dispatch layer on top of what's already running.
  • You need the physical hardware — IoT sensors, telematics devices, gate cameras.
    We build the software that ingests, processes, and displays what those devices send. We don't manufacture the devices themselves.

Do you integrate with our existing TMS, WMS, or ERP?

Yes. We work with SAP, Manhattan, Oracle TMS, MercuryGate, and most telematics providers (Geotab, Samsara, Webfleet). The new platform sits next to your stack, not on top of it.

How do you handle real-time event loads at peak?

We design for your peak from day one. Event pipelines go through load tests that simulate 3-5x your normal load. We use message queues, horizontal scaling, and pre-warmed instances so Black Friday feels like a Tuesday.

What about driver data and GDPR?

Driver location is personal data under GDPR. We design with data minimization, role-based access, audit logs, and clear retention policies. We can host in the EU if your operations demand it.

Do you do hardware — sensors, cameras, telematics boxes?

No. We build the software that connects to your hardware, processes the data, and presents it to your team. We integrate with the devices you already use and recommend vendors if you're starting fresh.
