The Challenge
We built a platform that codifies attorney logic into a self-serve algorithm. The system ingests user data, calculates eligibility probabilities based on U.S. Embassy statistics, and automatically generates required electronic documents.
Core Architecture
We engineered an intelligent intake pipeline that tests eligibility, processes passports via OCR, and produces digitally signed immigration files.
Eligibility Assessment
A dynamic questionnaire validates the specific visa type and calculates success probabilities based on historical embassy data.
Intelligent Forms
The system generates the DS-160 and ESTA forms autonomously, pulling data via Passport OCR scanning and Calendar integrations.
Digital Paperwork
Supporting letters, contracts, and invoices are generated automatically and secured via Electronic Digital Signatures.
The Impact
Redesigning the input fields and applying external API integrations directly impacted form completion rates.
Before the redesign, only 1 in 100 visitors noticed the eligibility form buried in the sidebar.
After moving the form above the fold and simplifying the fields, 15 out of 100 visitors engaged with it.
