Design that makes sense
before a line of code

UX research, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, design systems — we figure out what to build and how it should feel. Then we hand off pixel-perfect specs your engineers can actually use.

Figma, prototyping, user testing
Design systems your team can scale
Dev-ready specs, not vague mockups

Bad design costs more than good design.

We've fixed the same problems across dozens of products. Something here probably looks familiar.

Your product looks great to the team that built it and confuses everyone else.
Users sign up, click around for thirty seconds, and never come back.
Your designers and developers speak different languages and nothing ships right.
You have a style guide nobody follows and components that don't match the code.
Every screen has a different layout and the product feels like three apps glued together.
You're adding features faster than you're fixing the core user flows.
Your onboarding has seven steps and half the users drop off at step two.
The interface works on desktop but falls apart the moment someone opens it on a phone.

Design isn't decoration. It's the difference between a product people use and one they abandon. Fix the interface after launch and you're rewriting code, retraining users, and losing trust. Get it right first and everything downstream moves faster.

Three things you walk away with.

Not just pretty screens. A tested interface, a scalable system, and specs your developers can build from.

01

Interfaces people understand on first use.

User research, wireframes, clickable prototypes, real testing with actual users. We find the friction before you spend engineering hours building it. Every flow makes sense. Every screen has one job.

"They consistently deliver high-quality results, adapting to our needs, and exceeding our expectations."

02

A design system that scales with your team.

Components, tokens, spacing rules, typography scales — documented in Figma and matched to code. Your next designer doesn't start from scratch. Your next developer doesn't guess at padding. Everything has a name and a place.

"I was impressed with their level of motivation, which I found to be unparalleled in the outsourcing world."

Dev-ready specs, not vague mockups.

Every screen comes with interaction notes, state variations, responsive breakpoints, and asset exports. Your developers open Figma and know exactly what to build. No guessing, no "that's not what I meant" conversations three weeks into a sprint.

"The project and team were well managed, and the quality of work exceeded expectations."

How we make it happen.

From research to handoff. A process that respects both users and developers.

01Research & Audit
02Wireframes & Flows
03High-Fidelity Design
04Testing & Handoff

We start by understanding your users and auditing what exists. Then we map the flows, build wireframes, and iterate on high-fidelity designs in Figma. We test with real people, refine, and hand off with full specs. Along the way, we work closely with web app development and mobile app development teams to make sure the design is buildable. For strategy-level decisions, we loop in product strategy.

"This experience has opened our eyes to the art of the possible."

When design might not be the right fit:

  • You need a quick logo and brand colors for a landing page.
We design product interfaces, not brand identities. For a logo, you need a graphic designer.
  • Your product is a simple CRUD app with no complex user flows.
If your app is three forms and a table, you probably don't need a full design engagement. A good UI kit and a developer will get you there.
  • You want us to design and build in the same sprint.
Good design takes time. Research, testing, iteration — you can't compress it into a week. We design first, then build. The result is worth the wait.

Real results. Real clients.

Design work that moved the needle for companies that needed it.

Productivity / Calendar

Google Calendar scheduling poll with intuitive UX.

Fuzzy needed a clean design for a browser extension that lives inside Google Calendar. We designed the poll creation flow, the voting interface, and the calendar event auto-generation — making scheduling feel like a natural part of the calendar experience rather than a separate tool.

Legal Tech

Complex immigration forms made simple.

Immigration law is dense. We turned a 40-page paper process into a step-by-step digital experience with plain-language explanations, progress indicators, and confidence checks. Users who would have hired a lawyer now complete forms themselves.

Logistics

Fleet dashboard that dispatchers actually enjoy using.

The legacy TMS was a desktop application from 2012 — dense tables, no visual hierarchy, and a learning curve measured in months. We redesigned it as a modern web dashboard with clear status indicators, map integration, and role-based views. Dispatchers learned it in a day instead of a month.

Why design with us?

Designers who understand code.

Our designers know what developers need. They design within real constraints — component libraries, responsive breakpoints, performance limits. No impossible layouts that look great in Figma and break in production.

Research before pixels.

We don't start with a blank canvas. We start with user interviews, competitive audits, and flow mapping. The design decisions come from data, not aesthetics. Pretty interfaces that don't work are still broken.

Systems, not one-offs.

Every design we deliver is part of a system. Components, tokens, spacing rules — documented and reusable. Your team doesn't get a folder of PNGs. They get a living design system that grows with your product.

Quick answers.

What tools do you use?

Figma for everything — wireframes, prototypes, design systems, handoff specs. We use FigJam for workshops and flow mapping. For user testing, we run sessions through Maze or in-person, depending on the project.

How long does a design engagement take?

A design audit and recommendations: 2-3 weeks. Full product design from scratch: 6-10 weeks. A design system: 4-8 weeks. It depends on scope, but we always give you a clear timeline before we start.

Can you work with our existing designers?

Yes. We embed into your design team, contribute to your Figma files, and align with your existing processes. Or we run the whole engagement independently — whichever you prefer.

Do you also build the designs you create?

We can. Our design and development teams work under one roof, so handoff is seamless. But we also deliver designs that any competent dev team can build. You're not locked into us for implementation.
