Are you HIPAA-compliant?

We sign BAAs. We engineer to HIPAA standards — encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, role-based access, audit logging. We've shipped HIPAA-scoped products into production. That said, compliance is a shared posture, not a vendor sticker; we'll walk through your security questionnaire and fill in the gaps.

How do you handle video session security?

End-to-end encrypted WebRTC where the platform supports it, with no third-party trackers in the call. Recordings are opt-in, scoped, and stored in the same encrypted store as the rest of the PHI. We don't ship a video call that phones home.

Do you integrate with Epic, Cerner, or athenahealth?

Yes — via FHIR. We've shipped FHIR-based integrations that read from and write to Epic and Cerner in production. The patient portal and clinician dashboards sit next to the EHR, not in place of it. We also build the data migration and reconciliation tooling you need when you cut over.

What happens when a regulator asks for our access logs?

We hand you the export in the format the auditor asked for, organized by the question they asked. Every PHI access is logged with user, timestamp, and reason. When state telehealth licensure audits ask "who saw this patient record and why," the answer is a CSV, not a fire drill.
