How do you handle FERPA and COPPA?
We design for FERPA from the first wireframe. Per-institution data isolation, role-based access, audit logs, no student data in third-party analytics. We've passed FERPA review at public university systems in under eight weeks. For minors (COPPA / GDPR-K), we add parental consent flows, age-gated features, and data minimization by default.
Are you WCAG 2.1 AA compliant?
Yes — and we test with real users who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive tech, not just an automated checker. We provide a VPAT on request. Accessibility regressions are caught in CI, not by a complaint six months after launch.
Do you integrate with Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle?
Yes, via LTI 1.3. Your EdTech platform launches inside the LMS your faculty already use. Single sign-on, grade passback, deep linking — the LMS stays the system of record, your platform is the experience layer. We don't try to replace the LMS. We complement it.
What about semester-end traffic spikes?
We load-test at 6x normal traffic and design for the deadline rush from day one. We stay on call through finals week, watch the dashboards in real time, and pre-warm capacity the night before each deadline. The platform doesn't blink at 11:59 p.m.
