Immigration software
that gets approved

DS-160, ESTA, IRCC, study permits, work visas. We build the platforms immigration law firms and self-serve applicants run on — eligibility checkers, intelligent form auto-fill, and attorney-reviewed document packages.

USCIS, IRCC, and embassy form logic, kept current
Passport OCR, calendar sync, e-signature baked in
Attorney-in-the-loop review for every submission
PII encrypted at rest, role-based access, audit logs

Immigration is paperwork at scale. Most software treats it as forms.

We've built and rebuilt enough immigration platforms to know where the cracks run. If any of these sound familiar, the next hour is worth your time.

Hourly legal fees put immigration out of reach for the applicants who need it most — and the firms who could serve them.
A single missed field on a DS-160 can mean a denied application and a six-month re-file.
Forms change without notice. Your software froze the logic six months ago and nobody noticed until the rejections came back.
Applicants fill PDFs in Word, email them to your paralegals, who re-type them into the embassy system — and somewhere a digit flips.
Passport data is typed by hand from a scan. One wrong character and the embassy flags the file.
Lawyers spend their day re-reading the same supporting documents they've already read twice this week.
Embassy APIs are inconsistent, undocumented, and break between jurisdictions. Your backend has a switchboard of duct-taped integrations.
Applicant PII sits in spreadsheets forwarded to five inboxes, two of which use the same password as their Netflix account.

A denied application is a year of someone's life. A leaked passport scan is a lawsuit. A form built six months ago is a denied petition today. The software underneath immigration work has to be more careful than the law requires, because the cost of getting it wrong is paid in years, not dollars.

Three realities of immigration software.

The constraints, the products, and the delivery model that make working with us different.

01 — Constraints

Jurisdictions change. PII doesn't forgive.

DS-160, ESTA, IRCC, Schengen, student permits, work visas. Each jurisdiction has its own form logic, its own update cadence, and its own rejection criteria. PII is encrypted at rest, role-based access for paralegals and attorneys, full audit logs for compliance reviews, and data residency options for EU and US applicants.

"They have ensured the timely and impeccable execution of all assigned tasks."

02 — What we ship

From intake to embassy submission.

Eligibility checkers grounded in embassy denial statistics. Intelligent form auto-fill from passport OCR and calendar integrations. Applicant portals with autosave and document upload. Attorney review dashboards with comments and change requests. Automated DS-160, ESTA, and study permit generation. E-signature and secure document delivery.

"Their knowledge and experience were instrumental to the project's success."

03 — How we de-risk

Lawyer-reviewed, not just lawyer-branded.

Attorney-in-the-loop workflows built in from the start. Policy-update monitoring so a USCIS form revision doesn't catch you in production. Timezone overlap with US, Canadian, and EU applicants. Post-launch support for the first three embassy cycles. We treat your bar number as part of the test plan.

"We got everything we asked for including a stretch goal."

Who we build for

You probably run one of these practices.

01

Immigration law firms scaling past 1:1 hourly billing

You can't keep charging $400 an hour for form-filling. We build the self-serve intake, the eligibility checker, and the attorney-review dashboard that lets you serve ten times the applicants at a tenth of the cost.

02

Solo attorneys launching a self-serve platform

You have the legal expertise. You need the product, the OCR pipeline, and the embassy integrations. We build the platform and hand you the codebase when it ships.

03

Cross-border mobility startups

Work visas, study permits, digital nomad schemes. The rules change per country and per quarter. We build the multi-jurisdiction platform and the policy-update pipeline that keeps you current.

04

Corporate immigration teams handling employee transfers

You move fifty engineers from Bangalore to Berlin every quarter. The forms, the dependent visas, the apostilles — we build the internal platform that automates the volume work and surfaces what actually needs a human.

How we make it happen.

A typical immigration build pulls on the same five capabilities.

01Domain discovery with your attorneys
02Architecture & jurisdiction model
03Build, integrate, iterate
04Pilot, policy-monitor, on-call

Every immigration platform we build is a stack, not a single app. The applicant-facing portal and the attorney review dashboard are web apps. The mobile experience for applicants on the go is mobile apps. The full-stack wiring — form logic, OCR, jurisdiction rules, e-signature — is web-app engineering. The eligibility checker and form auto-fill are AI & automation. And before we touch code, we run product strategy with your attorneys to map which forms can be automated, which need a human, and where the bar number has to stay in the loop.

"I was impressed with their level of motivation, which I found to be unparalleled in the outsourcing world."

When we're not the right team for the job:

  • You need a US-licensed attorney on staff, not a software vendor.
We build the platform. We don't replace your bar number. Attorney review has to be a real attorney on your side, every time.
  • You want to skip lawyer review and let applicants self-submit with no oversight.
We can build that — but we won't. The malpractice exposure is real, and we'd rather lose a contract than ship something that puts applicants in harm's way.
  • You need us to integrate directly with USCIS or IRCC systems.
Government immigration APIs are restricted, brittle, and gated. We build the applicant-facing layer and prepare submissions — final filing still goes through the official channels you already use.

Real results. Real applicants.

Immigration platforms we've shipped and the firms and applicants who run on them today.

U.S. Visa

A self-serve US visa platform that took input attention from 1% to 15%.

A US immigration law firm needed to scale past hourly billing. We built the eligibility checker, the intelligent DS-160 and ESTA form auto-fill, the passport OCR pipeline, and the digital document delivery with e-signatures. Applicants who started the form rose from 1% to 15% of visitors. Form completion time was cut in half.

Canadian Immigration

Canadian study permits with lawyer review, 57% faster prep.

A Canadian immigration firm needed to handle study permits and visas at scale without losing lawyer oversight. We built the eligibility checker, the personal account with autosave, the TGI lawyer review workflow, and the encrypted document upload. Document prep time dropped 57%. Form completion time fell by half. First-submission approval rose 20%.

Why build immigration software with us?

PII handled like PII, not like a marketing form.

Encrypted at rest. Role-based access for paralegals, attorneys, and admins. Audit logs that satisfy bar association reviews. Data residency options for EU and US applicants. We treat a passport scan like a passport scan.

Attorney-in-the-loop, not attorney-in-the-brand.

We design review workflows where a real lawyer touches every submission. Comments, change requests, audit trails. The bar number stays in the loop — and the platform makes that easy instead of fighting it.

Policy updates caught before they ship.

USCIS, IRCC, and embassy form logic changes monthly. We monitor the policy feeds, flag breaking changes, and ship form updates before the next denial cycle. Your platform doesn't freeze in time.

Legal & immigration buyer questions.

Where is applicant data stored?

Your choice. We default to encrypted storage in the US, with EU residency available for EU applicants. PII is encrypted at rest with keys you control, not us. We can also deploy into your own VPC if your firm has compliance requirements we can't meet from a shared environment.

Do you replace the attorney review step?

No — and we won't. The platform surfaces what the lawyer needs to look at, in the order they need to look at it. The bar number is always the final sign-off. That's the part we won't compromise on, even if you ask.

Which jurisdictions do you cover?

US (DS-160, ESTA, family-based, employment-based), Canada (study permits, work permits, Express Entry), UK, Schengen, Australia. We've built the integrations for the most-requested countries. New jurisdictions are a configuration exercise once the platform is in place.

What happens when USCIS changes a form?

We monitor USCIS, IRCC, and embassy policy feeds. When a form revision ships, we flag it, scope the change, and patch the production form logic inside two weeks. You don't get a denial traced back to a six-month-old field set.
